Dorset caravan sites are 'second to none'. One expert has revealed that the views that Caravanners get when staying at caravan sites in Dorset are pretty spectacular.

Jessica Thornton, tourism marketing officer at West Dorset District Council, explained that many of the locations overlook the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, which is a sight people will not forget.

She said that visitors will benefit from "some of England's best countryside full of river valleys and rolling hills" inland, while caravaners heading to the Dorset Caravan sites on the coast have "sweeping cliff top walks and spectacular fossil strewn beaches".

Dorset is well known for its many outdoor activities, Ms Thornton indicated, with walking, cycling and even wildlife spotting on holidaymakers' doorsteps.

You can experience a dorset caravan and camping park for yourself by bringing your caravan to Blackmore Vale Caravan & Camping Park, using one of our hire caravans or our static holiday carvan hire.
